I am a Chair and/or Non-executive Director with over three decades of board-level experience, with particular experience in the oil & gas, food & retail, manufacturing, IT & telecommunications, biotechnology, recreation, medicine and health industries/sectors. Board-level highlights include over 20 Non-executive Director positions, Chair of Audit Committee roles & Member of the Remuneration Committee positions in a number of companies.In my previous executive capacity, I have over 40 years of business experience in Australia & overseas as CEO, CFO, and other executive roles.As a Non-executive Director, I leverage my practical, hands-on experience with start-up, emerging, growth & SME companies to help them manage the transition from private to public company and to grow and prosper. I have extensive experience managing the IPO and due diligence process, raising capital, and managing the listing companies on the ASX. I have assisted in raising over $500m capital for 20 SME companies and listed 10 of these on the ASX in the last 10 years. I manage my own CPA Practice, providing corporate and financial consultancy and Non-executive Director services to SME companies. I have in depth knowledge and extensive experience in practical application of:Australian Corporations Law,ASX Listing Rules,Australian and International Accounting Standards, andCorporate Governance Guidelines.I have a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), am a Fellow of the Australian Society of CPA's and a Fellow of the AICD.

Director & CeoAustralian Topmaking Services Ltd 1993 - 1996Parkes NswContracted to manage a $22 million IPO, listing of the Company on the ASX and the negotiation of a $5m TCFDA government grant to finance the building of a wool topmaking plant in NSW. Appointed CEO in 1995 and relocated to Parkes to manage the newly completed plant, which employed over 100 people on a 24/7 basis. Managed $11 million of new capital to retire debt, through a rights issue when Elders became major shareholder, who later privatised the company. I left to return to live in Sydney.
