Responsible for championing the vision and mission of Liberty Mutual's Office of Corporate Compliance across the company's domestic U.S. operations, comprised of 38,000 employees in three business units: Personal Insurance, Commercial Insurance, and Global Specialty (complex risks).

Responsible for leading the U.S. domestic Field Operations for Liberty Mutual's Personal Lines Distribution Team (Auto, Home, Life), comprised of approximately 5,000 licensed sales and service professionals across 360 local offices and five service call centers.

Responsible for leading Liberty Mutual's Southern Region, with approximately $1 billion in written premium and 800 local sales and service professionals. Managed the region's P&L including sales, service, pricing, HR, and Finance for its core products of personal Auto, Property, and Life insurance.

Managed the growth and profitability of AIG Direct’s Southern/Midwest Region, including 16 states and $425 million in premium. Led a team of Product Managers, Regional Actuary, and Pricing Analysts with a focus on the development and implementation of innovative product offerings, new marketing tactics, and refinements in pricing segmentation.Prior positions include Assistant Vice President, Product Management and Business Director, Marketing.

Responsible for P&L management of the company’s core business operations in the state of California, with 1998 net written premium of $275 million.Prior position: Southern Ohio Product Manager.
