I'm the Owner of Compass Blinds & Shutters.I established the business in 2005 and we are specialists in all manner of premium shutters and blinds. We have particular expertise in the electronic concealed blinds range from Blindspace - the newest product on the market. These 'blind boxes' are an innovative solution to conceal blinds, side tracks and electrical wiring. Perfect for large residential and commercial builds where the 'wow' factor is desired. We work with architects and builders at the early design stage, where the building envelope is designed to house our concealed blinds.Compass Blinds & Shutters also supply and fit Plantation Shutters, Electric Roller, Roman and Venetian blinds. As owner manager of Compass Blinds&Shutters, my two main functions are to find a way of bringing the very best product to my customers at the very best value for money.I also have to deliver that product in such a way as to create the highest level of positive purchasing experience possible for my customer.This is like striking a golf ball with a driver .You know, the moment you've struck the sweet spot of your club on that tiny spot on the ball where both meet in perfect harmony . The ball defies gravity and takes on an energy that seem to be more than it ever should .The same is true of a customer who is beyond confident in how good their new shutter or blinds purchase is going to turn out .It's my job, having created that confidence and faith in me to always deliver . Nothing is as unforgivable as disappointment in someone you've placed your faith in, right?I always deliver, I don't know how to do anything else. That's the Compass way of doing things .
