The role involves business, operational and sales functions starting with market research-based targeting and prospecting, lead generation and being a liaison between internal and client teams ensuring cross functional coordination. Furthermore, the to-dos include curating sales collaterals, content writing for sales decks and on project descriptions , tracking sales funnel and delivering insights on sales performance.

I also worked with the Market Excellence team in market Research projects contributing to tailoring customer journey and aspects of product design. Furthermore, actively coordinated with the Program management team to highlight and resolve sales blockers and managed stakeholders’ escalations, trained new employees and established the process in new experience centers.
