Currently working on Pfizer’s transformational program for the QA environment. This includes leading, supporting and mentoring QA colleagues in the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles as well as managing problem solving projects. • Delivered Lean and Six Sigma projects to Green Belt certification level as awarded by Rath and Strong (in both Quality and in Vaccines manufacturing).• As a change agent, successfully installed the Pfizer production system (IMEx) across our QA areas including QA core and QA manufacturing support areas. These deployments release resources to support other areas of the QA business, while also improving performance in line with the site critical business needs.• Regularly coaches and supports the delivery of Yellow Belt and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma projects.• Coach and mentoring of colleagues, including delivery of classroom-based training, to increase GROW and OpEx capabilities across the site.• Design and facilitation of workshops to promote and engage all colleagues in the principles of Operational Excellence (Standard work, Scheduling, 5S, Continuous Improvement, Gemba etc.).• Active participant in the creation and delivery of training material, including video material, to support the IMEx program being rolled out across the sites of the Pfizer network.• Encouraged the use of Lean and Six Sigma tools by the Quality Department safety committee to enhance safety performance.• Continue to represent the Quality Department on site wide forums and work with sister sites in the network to define and plan implementation of the IMEx strategy for the QA areas of Grange Castle.

• Continued to build capability in both the Quality and Operations Management departments through 1:1 coaching of project leaders and teams in both 5S and M1 projects.• Continued to benchmark the Pfizer Grange Castle site against other industries to further our OpEx practices and flow of material and information.• Grange Castle was awarded the ISPE facility of the year for Operational Excellence 2014 and also recognised for Operational Excellence in 2015 by the Irish Phama awards.• Planned and executed workshops across the site across different topics and focus (Quality, Vaccines DP, DS, and Engineering).

• Successfully implemented the first 5S project in QC and achieved certification in 2013.• Designed developed and deployed 5S across the QC laboratories from day 0 to initial certification and recertification.• Designed and successfully delivered a novel approach to testing space issues being experienced in the QC Chemistry department using Lean principles. There was also a cost saving recorded as a result of implementation.
