Sr. Mgr., Project/Program Management – Dec. 2019 – PresentSupport the management, design and coordination of the Contingent Worker program including setting pay rates for Contingent Workers throughout the United States.

Support the management, design and coordination of global plans including executive compensation, benchmarking and project and plan implementation to enable successful delivery of rewards programs and policies.

Support global total rewards programs, processes and initiatives; provide analytical support, coordinate activities relating to the global total rewards plans and programs. Assist in the implementation, management, maintenance and training of site (hdct 1500+) compensation programs. Designed, developed and implemented computer based compensation tool for the site and for select North America affiliates (hdct 5,000+). Functioned as the Local Change requestor and acceptance tester for all changes to system, created documentation, trained users, managed system access administration, analyzed reconciliation reports, produced daily reports.

Held various jobs within the compensation department each role building onto the next assignment. Assisted in the annual compensation process; responsible for the collection and analysis of company sponsored non-exempt survey; provided support to senior compensation staff in the analysis of jobs and general client support.
