High Noon is an owner/operator of 93 franchised quick-service restaurant locations.Oversee accounting, finance, reporting and analysis, information technology, and risk management. Work closely with the executive team, the Board, and restaurant operational leadership, on new store development, marketing, and operational reporting and analysis.

Chief Financial Officer of Le Duff America, which is the North American subsidiary of Rennes, France-based Groupe Le Duff. At the start of my tenure, Le Duff America operated or franchised 200 locations and annual sales were in excess of $350M.Accomplishments at Le Duff America included:• Engineered the sale of the Mimi’s Café brand ($150M annual sales and 76 locations) to a strategic buyer, without the benefit of a sell-side M&A advisor. Located the buyer via “cold calling” and was a key member of the team that negotiated the sale agreement and continuing services agreement, populated an online data room, responded to diligence requests, and closed the deal. • Rolled out a cost of sales and labor management platform to all locations (CrunchTime!)• Redesigned the FP&A reporting regimen, both for US-based constituencies and the parent company in Rennes, France• Extracted Le Duff America from several non-performing joint ventures• Negotiated and executed an outsourcing agreement and coordinated the outsourcing of accounting functions• Sponsored the redesign of the IT infrastructure, between on-site servers, colocation, and the cloud (Microsoft Azure) to be most cost-efficient and improve data security• Obtained $7M of PPP loan funds

Accomplishments at LMR included:• Spearheaded the attempted sale of one of the brands to a private equity buyer. Worked with the sell-side investment bank to develop an offering memorandum, negotiate the sale agreement, populate an online data room, and respond to diligence requests. • Rolled out a cost of sales and labor management platform to all locations (CrunchTime!).• Refinanced $30M of debt and obtained a $7M development line of credit.• Redesigned the FP&A reporting regimen and introduced the concepts of competitive intelligence, market-based pricing, and labor productivity KPI’s to the organization.• Recruited new IT leadership and refocused the function to be more customer-centric.
