• I have responsibility for managing the Worldwide cost accounting team in Avid which include balance sheet assets of ~$70M
• Manage over $100M of fixed assets (gross value)
• Collaborate with other teams (i.e. Ops and FP&A) to provide accounting and reporting guidance on all Cost of sales and Fixed asset transactions and business processes
• Manage all Hardware related warranty accruals relating to over $500M revenue related sales
• Perform or support various inventory transnational processing in SAP (i.e. standard cost updates, scrapping, freight allocations, etc.)
• Work with other teams to prepare and monitor inventory adjustment accounts, including deferred cogs, capitalized overhead, E&O reserves, etc.

• I have responsibility for the inventory accounts on the Balance sheet which include multiple business units and a total inventory balance of ~$30m.
• I control all obsolescence provisions and ensure that we meet aggressive quarterly targets.
• I control the Std costing for Europe and complete all analysis with our planning and purchasing departments to ensure that we keep both purchase price variance and inventory values at a minimum.
• I am in the process of redesigning our consignment inventory process to try and move form a manual based system to an automated procedure to improve accountability.
• I also control our return to vendor process and have recently implemented an automated process to drive efficiency in that area.
• I provide management reports to our manufacturing department to ensure that Actual versus budget is online.

• Lead Business analyst in creating multiple profit center bundle products within SAP to combine products across business units to ensure single pricing for customers but costs/revenue splitting to multiple business units.
• Led a project to move an existing plant from Belgium to The Netherlands and have worked extensively with SAP Developers to ensure a smooth cutover and minimal disruption to sales and shipping. This included ensuring.
• I worked on a re-billable freight implementation project to add charge based on orders value. I also completed all financial analysis to determine charge levels within order value ranges to ensure target revenue was met.
• I worked on a redesign of an E-commerce web store reconciliation to improve accountability and reconciliation within SAP.
• Table analysis in relation to Shipping, Sales and Finance including Data Extraction using Table browser to create reports
