Support, configure and manage workstation & server infrastructure comprising Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows Server 20163. Server Administration – Windows Server 2016 (AD, Hyper-V, DHCP, DNS, SCCM and WDS)4. Server Administration – Exchange Server 2016 (Mailbox Administration, Exchange Transport Configuration)5. Carry out system administration, performance tuning and capacity planning, in particular to continually assess enterprise installations to ensure they are appropriate for current and planned developments together with making recommendations for change6. Responsible for providing complete support to LAN administration, involving expert input into LAN/WAN design7. Install, test and audit hardware systems and configure endpoints to ensure effective and secure systems 8. Ensure implementation and adherence to LAN/WAN security policies.9. Provide a range of network and server availability reporting to ensure that agreed levels of availability, reliability and maintainability are measured and monitored on an ongoing basis10. Successfully facilitate delivery of changes to servers and network devices as per business needs.11. Endpoint Security Management and Administration – (Disk Encryption, Antivirus Management)12. Support branch and head office users on a day to day basis with their daily queries/problem.
