Managed 11 Oracle implementation projects during the past 14 years for clients across 5 separate industries (Retail, Pharma/Health Care, Manufacturing/High Tech, Services and Food Services). 6 were Oracle Cloud and 5 were Oracle On Premise/EBS.The 6 Cloud implementations had a $750K to $4M budget, a project team of 15 to 35 technical and functional resources and implementations across 2 to 35 countries with a 9 month to 14 month timeline. These included full HCM or ERP data conversions, 20 to 60 integrations and 15 to 45 custom analytics/ reports.The 5 On Premise implementations had a $2M to $4M budget, a project team of 25 to 35 technical and functional resources and was implemented across 20 to 35 countries over a 12 month to 18 month timeline. These included full HCM or ERP data conversions, 2 to 40 integrations and 10 to 35 custom analytics/reports.The HCM implementations covered the entire “Hire to Retire” process including Global HR (Modeling, Predictions, Helpdesk), Workforce Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll), Workforce Management (Absence, Time and Labor), Talent Management (Recruit and Onboarding, Learning, Career/Goal/Succession Development, Review) and Worklife (Wellness, Volunteering).The ERP implementations covered the basic Financials and Services process, “Record to Report”, “Procure to Pay”, “Invoice to Cash”, “Contract to Invoice”, “Plan to Perform”, “Project Portfolio Management” and “Revenue Management”.

Managed the Services Group $25M project portfolio staffed with 5 Project Managers and 10 Analysts.Directly Managed the portfolio’s largest Oracle engagement, the Oracle On Premise Project Accounting Implementation for the Services Group. This implementation had a $10M budget, a project team of 25 technical and functional resources and was implemented across 30 countries over 18 months. Established and trained the portfolio team on standard PMO policies and procedures and worked with Services group to prioritize, fund and reset the portfolio schedule on a monthly, quarterly and yearly.

These included Oracle’s core financial, consisting of General Ledger, Assets, Cash, Inventory, Requisition/Purchasing, Payables, Invoices and Receivables.Managed a number of projects for CSC that included RAD (Rapid Application Development) and BPR (Business Process Redesign) techniques prior to the Oracle focus.
