I have a wide and varied experience in the high tech, printed circuit board assembly, metalworking, fabrication, plastic injection molding, and information packaging industries. Throughout my career I have held progressive positions from Industrial Engineer up to Group Director.I have demonstrated an ability to lead multi-site teams, internal and external to the firm, as well as experience in managing international and domestic contract/electronic contract manufacturing suppliers. This has been driven by my ability to:1 - be a pro-active problem solver skilled at simplifying complex processes2 - structure and lead cross-functional teams to accurately diagnose root causes of ineffective business processes3 - implement information solutions to drive fact-based decision-makingA strong working knowledge of ERP, ISO9001, Kanban, Kaizen, 5S, MRP and Six Sigma coupled with my educational background of a Master of Business Administration in Operations/Finance/Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering has provided me a solid foundation to be a value-add employee throughout my career.
