Currently, Mr. Ford works for Jobes Technology Solutions as the Chief Technology Officer.Prior to Mr. Ford's position at Jobes Technology Solutions, he was a Developer at Sapphire Health, a subsidiary of Diamond Drug Inc. Mr. Ford was responsible for the development of the Sapphire eMar system in ASP.NET using VB.NET.Prior to Mr. Ford's position at Sapphire, he was a Senior Data Architect for Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC). Mr, Ford was responsible for creating a records management process in the CTC's Sharepoint environment as well data warehousing efforts to facilitate company reporting. Prior to this role at CTC, Mr. Ford was a Senior Web Developer. Mr. Ford was responsible for the development of both Web and Client-based applications. In addition to Mr. Ford’s development responsibilities, he assumed some leadership responsibilities overseeing the development of applications within his group and delegating tasks to, and mentoring, the junior members of the group. Prior to accepting his position at CTC, Mr. Ford was a web application developer for Keystone Financial Inc. (KFI). As a developer for KFI, he enabled intranet access to KFI’s data warehousing efforts. Mr. Ford was also responsible for developing an online brokerage trading system. Under the supervision of one of KFI’s Senior Vice Presidents, Mr. Ford was responsible for gathering system specifications from the head of brokerage operations. Mr. Ford then used those specifications to design and implement this system. During this project, he was directly responsible for two outside contractors and two full-time employees.Prior to working for KFI, Mr. Ford worked for Delta Health Systems, a leading software provider for home nursing agencies. As a programmer for DHS, Mr. Ford was responsible for the development of enhancements to the existing Clinical-Link™ software. He also designed and implemented a system to update both the UNIX server and corresponding laptops with new software enhancements. Mr. Ford was also designated as lead contact for the beta release of two major software releases. In this capacity, Mr. Ford was responsible for coordinating the testing efforts of four independent nursing agencies and to document and communicate the results to management and the rest of the development staff.
