I was recruited to restart the operations of Intrepid Travel's day tour arm after the departure of a previous operator. I led a team of guides as we redefined Urban Adventures in the local market as a food and drink tour specialist, launching 11 products operated exclusively for Intrepid Travel, the world's largest global tour operator.

Inspired by yacht flotilla tours in Croatia, I decided to create my own version — on dry land — in the USA — in RVs. We ran four departures and won “Tour of the Year” from TourRadar.
