Kotsovolos is the largest Greek Retailer and a member of Dixons Group. Within Kotsovolos I was responsible for facilities proactive and reactive maintenance, on a budget of €1,000,000 pa. My main achievements included reduction of maintenance costs up to 30% pa, reduction of critical installations breakdowns up to 50% pa and reduction of contractors’ response time to urgent calls up to 60% pa.

Crawford & Company Hellas Ltd was the Greek division of Crawford which is the world leader in claims management and insurance loss adjusting. My responsibilities included investigation and adjustment of Insurance claims.
