Teaching "The Business of Esports", the nation's first fully accredited business school course focused entirely on the esports industry. Each week, we explore and study a different part of the esports ecosystem (e.g. Publishers, Teams, Leagues, Events, Distributors, etc.) while also conducting a semester-long research study for different businesses in the industry. Guest speakers add relevant color to each week's course material and all in-class communications (readings, etc.) are conducted via the class Discord server.

Led a comprehensive rebranding of the Arizona Coyotes brand messaging. Conducted comprehensive consumer / stakeholder research and developed both internal brand architecture materials and external campaign assets. Received critical acclaim from USA Today, Yahoo, Phoenix Business Journal, and Sports Business Journal.Built robust marketing automation and CRM capabilities and led the development of a data warehouse and a 4x increase in digital media advertising spend.Launched the Arizona Coyotes Youth Mobile Tour, a three-year marketing activation tour bringing state-of-the-art interactive hockey experiences to children across Arizona. Re-energized social media platforms, focusing on the growth of youth platforms (Instagram followers +173% and Twitter + 61%) between October 2014 and April 2016. One of the first NHL teams to launch on Snapchat, growing to more than 13K followers in one season.

Led a team in the strategy development and execution of USOC digital media, broadcast and marketing activation programs intended to grow the Olympic brand, build engagement among fans and offer meaningful opportunities for sponsor activation. I managed the USOC's day-to-day relationship with NBC Sports, helping NBC maximize its Olympic rights across ad sales, marketing, affiliate sales, production, and programming divisions.

I worked specifically to build the ESPN Zone brand, leading a talented team that developed programs to create and enhance guest / fan interest in the ESPN Zone restaurant concepts. Through on-site broadcasts and the daily development of ESPN experiences, I led a team that made ESPN Zone feel like an authentic ESPN experience, not an expensive theme restaurant.In 2004 I was selected to lead the development of the marketing plan and grand opening of the World of Disney store in midtown Manhattan, reporting directly to Walt Disney Parks & Resorts senior marketing management.
