• Oversee all aspects of the team, including over 130 swimmers, and 4 assistant coaches. • Responsible for managing all practices, event entries, and competitions. • Coach and train swimmers ages 5 through 18 with all skill levels from beginner to advanced competition skills. • Motivate and improve the skills and attitude of all team members and coaches. Evaluate technique and skill level and share areas of opportunity and improvement. • Generated and developed personal goal sheets for each swimmer including short term, long term, and everyday goals. • Youngest to ever be hired as a head coach of the team • In charge of training all 4 assistant coaches proper swimming techniques, game strategy, and coaching philosophy. • Organized and ran team meetings consisting of creating schedules, goals, and budgets. • Developed a unique strategy & philosophy to win our conference in my 1st year as a head coach.

• Nominated & elected by over 80% my class • Responsible for managing the gift selection process which included acting as a liaison between the faculty and class to explore the possibilities and locations of class gifts. • Coordinated various fundraisers during the school year such as “thanksgiving turkeygrams”, “win-a-date”, restaurant promotions, and the requesting of donations from donors and alumni relations. • Responsible for all the money acquired, deposited, and held for our gift. • Created power-point presentations on our class gift options, budget, and fundraising plan, which was presented to the College’s: President, Dean, Assistant Dean, Founder and Vice President for Finance and Administration, Registrar, and Director of Student Services. Each position had a key role in selecting and approving our class gift and location. • Once the gift selection was approved, I worked with each individual at the presentation to ensure that the gift would be on time, and under budget. • Planned, organized, and promoted student activities which included intramural, recreational and education events.  • Proposed, scheduled and advertised regular faculty “tutor talks” in the men’s dorms on Wednesday nights, consisting in an exposition on an intellectual concept or philosophy, or even practical advise. Gave introductions on each professor and talk, & provided snacks. • Served as a student manager and as the liaison between Admissions and Orientation to facilitate a brand new 2016 student orientation. • Ran all student-run meetings including school dances and formal celebrations, which included assigning and overseeing all jobs and positions necessary for each event. • Master of Ceremonies for numerous school activities, such as the all-school picnic, The College’s “quad-trivial pursuit”, and "Kris Kringle" season. • Responsible for the ordering and delivery of all food and drink for numerous school events, such as “open-mike night”, “all-school seminar”, and baking competitions.

• Coordinated the logistics of campus visits for potential students which included matching visitors with current students for overnight visits. Scheduled, booked and cleaned rooms in the visitor center for all parents, faculty, and guest lecturers and speakers. Worked with faculty to allow classroom guests, meal cards for dining services. Provided prospective visitors with literature to assist in understanding classes, the campus or the curriculum. • Facilitated campus tours for potential students and their parents while answering questions and serving as a resource throughout the decision making process. • Represented Thomas Aquinas College and multiple High School Career Fairs. • Served as a student manager and served as the liaison between Admissions and Orientation to facilitate new student orientation.

• Organized, counseled, and mentored prospective students in order to provide a welcoming and informative community for the participant high school students. Ran and coordinated athletic events, off-campus expeditions, and set up all on-campus events during the program. Encouraged an intellectual life and experience for all participating students.

• Taught basic, as well as advanced, swim techniques to parents and their children who were as young as nine months. • Facilitated swim lessons and proper technique to seniors (65 and over) while taking into consideration physical limitations on a case by case basis. • Trained other instructors proper technique and protocol for most efficient improvement in students. Shadowed by new instructors as part of their training. • Promoted to Algonquin’s top-level swim instructor with the responsibility of leading the club’s all-instructor monthly conferences.
