Gerflor Agrippa was specified after customer feedback looking for flooring with a domestic look as opposed to the then usual plain contract material. After the first phase, the council was looking for cost savings going forward which was achieved by upgrading the flooring specification to Griptex. This being a higher cost material that saved money in sub floor preparation costs and time. -
