As a child, I liked to build intricate model aircraft with many pieces. After repeatedly gluing my fingers together, I would proudly show off each completed model to my family, triumphant that I had overcome what became a "sticky" challenge, assembling a satisfying result.I chose my career in Aviation because my love of aircraft and flight, stuck with me long after I unstuck my fingers. Since 2006, I’ve worked in Airline Operations and Technology roles for most of Australia's most successful Airlines, spanning regional, low-cost and full service carriers. Over my combined 15+ years of experience, I have had the opportunity to coordinate resources in disruptive environments, train and develop new skills in people, lead project teams through difficult challenges, manage stakeholders, define and maintain visions for the future and motivate others to achieve their best.My love of aircraft and flying may have gotten me into Aviation, but it’s my natural ability with technology, a passion for innovation, an agile way of thinking and exceptional people skills that have allowed me to make an impact within the aviation industry.But just in case you’re wondering, I don’t glue my fingers together any more, but I still enjoy sticky challenges and I welcome opportunities to broaden my experience.
