A key question for me is, how can I best support leaders, organisations and communities to evolve regeneratively and to make a positive impact in the face of the climate emergency. I believe that at this point in our history, consciousness, curiosity, connection, collaboration and compassion all play a vital role in leadership, in the development of people, and how we re-imagine our future to create a just and ecologically sustainable Earth for all its inhabitants.As a leadership development consultant and qualified executive coach I have been fortunate enough to work with leaders from all over the World. I have always been fascinated by the role that leadership plays in organizations and society, and have run leadership development programmes in the private, public and third sectors' since 1994. In 2016 I became a Trustee of Wyse International which has been providing incredible leadership development to young emerging leaders for more than 30 years. I am inspired by their passion, vision and energy, and humbled to have the opportunity to support them on their journey to becoming our leaders of the future.
