I Managed the end-to-end relationship with C-Level directors to design the forensic consulting services they needed.I built the digital forensics team (4 consultants) and worked with them to help our customers to collect and analyze digital evidence to conduct internal investigations in cybersecurity incidents and misconduct events, and support their legal strategy in eDiscovery matters. I also created the Corporate Intelligence team (11 consultants) to conduct third-party risk assessments.I provided training and guidance not only for my team but also to corporate clients' employees on topics such as evidence collection, the chain of custody, and data privacy.
