John Galarde is a builder/developer and real estate investor with more than 30 years experience in real estate development, residential construction, sales and marketing. While selling on site homes early in his career, John developed a passion for real estate service and properties. He holds a NC and SC General Contractor License, as well as a NC Real Estate Broker's License, and has served on several county land use committees including land planning boards and subdivision technical review boards. His accomplishments also include various awards from the Parade of Homes, Street of Dreams and Stewardship Awards for Responsible Land Development. He is a past president of the Wilmington Cape Fear Rotary Club and a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship Award for his contributions to the community. He currently is President/Owner of Hallmark Building Corporation, a construction/renovation company in the Charlotte, NC area building custom homes and sepculative rehab projects.
