Ives Training Certified Mobile Equipment Operator Trainer since 1999, with Training available in Aerial work Platforms, Forklifts, Boom Trucks, Skid Steer loaders, Backhoes and Wheel Loaders. I have certified over 600 Equipment Operators in various equipment and environments.

I quickly became more involved and trained in the financial aspects of branch management. This included Purchasing, Cost Control, Inventory Control, Fleet Management, Utilization, Used Equipment Sales, New Equipment Sales, Facility Management, Territory management, and staff supervision. I accepted the duty of Safety Officer when the existing safety officer was promoted. I developed a working relationship with the surrounding branches sharing equipment and ideas on how to provide world class service to our customers. I was taught how do deal with irate customers, how to resolve disputes and billing issues and minimize credit memos. I was promoted to Operations Manager in early 2006.

I was hired as a shop Mechanic. I soon took on the duty as Safety Officer , was trained to be a Mobile Equipment Operator Trainer, and soon advanced to Delivery Driver, and

Repair fleet of forklifts, welders, compressors, trucks, backhoes, skid steers, power tools, cranes and assisted with asset identification and inventory control.

Technical Inspector, Flight Engineer, mechanic on Chinook Helicopters. Worked with precision tools and ground power equipment, updated critical historical records pertaining to retirement/inspection schedules of components.
