CurrentResponsibilities-Hardware Assembly and Testing: • Expertly assemble OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) hardware components with precision and attention to detail.• Conduct rigorous testing procedures to ensure the functionality and reliability of the assembled OCT machines.-Software Installation and Calibration:•Proficiently install and configure software for OCT machines, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.•Conduct precise calibration procedures to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of OCT devices.-On-site Installation and Maintenance:•Lead the installation of OCT machines in hospitals and clinics, providing hands-on support for a smooth and efficient setup.•Attend service calls promptly, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.-3D Design and Printing:•Utilize AutoCAD 3D to design and develop parts for OCT hardware, incorporating innovative solutions to enhance product performance.•Employ 3D printing technology to produce high-quality prototypes and components, contributing to the continuous improvement of OCT machines.-Quality Assurance:•Implement and adhere to strict quality control measures throughout the production process to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of OCT machines.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any quality-related issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards.-Documentation and Reporting:•Maintain comprehensive documentation of assembly processes, calibration procedures, and installation guidelines for reference and future improvements.•Generate detailed reports on service calls, providing insights into common issues and proposing preventive measures for ongoing enhancements.
