This involved the correlation of historical weather and power outages, identifying where the organisation had lost money and we implemented an early warning system. This allowed for contingency plans to be implemented in advance of potential outages and allocated resources to be on standby. This contributed to a $28M turnaround and involved regulation, customer service, engineering, corporate Affairs and IT.
