As a system administrator/ Clinicomp System Administrator at US Navy, I provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for desktop computers, IT hardware, and software applications. I also administer and manage the Clinicomp system, a critical electronic health record system for the military health system. I have earned multiple CompTIA certifications, including Security+, CySA+, and CASP, to demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in cybersecurity.I have a strong background in health informatics, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, quality assurance, project management, and customer service, gained from my previous role as a Hospital Corpsman at US Navy. I was responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting health screenings, performing medical coding, ensuring regulatory compliance, and training and mentoring other corpsmen. I also completed a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Saint Leo University, where I learned the fundamentals of network security, digital forensics, ethical hacking, and cryptography. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to protect and enhance the IT infrastructure and systems.
