Operating at Senior Management level I was responsible for developing a lean culture in the organisation by initially managing the Lean Start continuous improvement program followed by the Lean Plus project. The key focus on each program was to reduce wasteful activities across the business. DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, 5s, TPM, Visual Standards, OEE reporting were among the many lean tools introduced in the company.Other duties included assisting in the development of the company MIS system, introducing job costing reports, coordinating digital print activity and revising the process flow in production departments.
