Current2019 to 2023: Partnering with Risk and Home Lending Operations senior management to deliver 2,000+ RCSA control procedures that satisfy an ongoing Mortgage Servicing Consent Order with the OCC. Managing a team of 40+ resources across seven workstreams that are providing various consent order deliverables within a multiyear program. Partnered with a top tier bank's risk management and business operations executives in response to an OCC Consent Order ensuring the Front-Line Operational compliance with 40+ regulatory policies across Consumer Lending, Small Business Banking and enterprise functions (technology, human resources, etc.). 250+ front line procedures were drafted and approved by internal audit teams within tight deadlines set by the OCC. Managed team of 15 resources across four workstreams.Partnered with a top tier US bank to transform retail lending by collaborating with business, technology and strategy teams. The multiyear plan included the execution of a comprehensive product roadmap and delivery program leveraging automation and process optimization to increase efficiency and customer experience. Supported and advised the creation of a product management approach to deliver business transformation starting with target state strategy and transitioning into execution. Created a business case to save $500MM from efficiencies gained via data and document automation, which was used to green light the multi-year investment. Optimized linear lending processes to follow a loan manufacturing model resulting in role and process transformation. Led Digital delivery teams that designed internal user interfaces (UI) to increase efficiency via clear calls to action (UX / workflow). Led the design of customer focused foundation mobile application prototype enabling instant loan approval, improved customer experience and transparency.
