The portfolio is comprised of four Sydney CBD commercial buildings (30,000m2), retail space (22,000m2), and industrial complexes (70,000m2). Core responsibilities in this role include: ☑️ Strategic team leadership – oversee the performance of a high performing team of property managers, centre managers, marketing managers, facility managers, contractors, and consultants. ☑️ Direct leasing & leasing campaigns – collaborate with external agents to implement effective pre-leasing and leasing campaigns. ☑️ Financial management – meticulously oversee a range of financial processes encompassing rental collection, operating expense management, and financial forecasting. ☑️ Management Reporting – prepare and present monthly reports for the Board on property management, financials and market trends. ☑️ Market research – conduct research to inform decision-making processes, assisting with acquisitions and due diligence. ☑️ Tenant retention and remixing – formulate and implement strategies to minimise vacancies and align with client investment objectives. ☑️ Tenant services – provide high standards of customer service and maintain open channels of communication with existing tenants. ☑️ Property Inspections – conduct regular property inspections with an emphasis on ensuring functionality and compliance.
