An electrical engineer with over 10 years of industry experience in electrical designs and installations. I started out as an electrical draughtsman and later moved into field works as an electrical technician, where I was able to gain more experience and incorporated the field experiences into making my designs better. My drive to constantly learn and grow in my career led me to volunteering as an apprentice. Where I learnt all about electric motors and controls. This propelled me into electrical control panel designs for motor stations, and installations.Over the course of my career, I have worked with great engineering team and architects in building services designs and installation for various projects. In the building services industry, be it domestic, industrial or commercial building. I have worked on power distribution systems, lighting systems, electrical panels, switchgears, and control systems. Also, worked on extra low voltage systems such as fire alarms and detection systems, access control, CCTV, and PAGA systems. Whether it's determining load requirements, selecting appropriate equipment, or designing the layout and the installation of electrical wiring.In the oil and gas industry, I have worked on field instruments installation and termination, field junction boxes and marshalling cabinets wiring, instrument air tubing, air-compressor installations, installation of blowdown valves termination of Emerson ultrasonic meter and Gas Chromatographs, Fabrication of cable tray and for field instruments and wiring supports.In the Renewable Energy sector, I have worked on off-grid solar/inverter design and installations.Being committed to professional growth and staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field of electrical engineering.
