I am currently practicing architecture with David Corban Architects in Naples, Florida. We design buildings, parks and public spaces with a focus and dedication to our clients, community and environment. Since I began working with David in 2013, we have won several local, state and national awards together. I am passionate about regional architecture; I believe the area in which a building or public space is located should inform its design, from climatic conditions to native vegetation and local building materials. Making decisions like these inherently incorporates sustainable design practices, and creates a type of architecture that shapes its environment for the better. While completing my Bachelor's degree at the University of Cincinnati, I had the opportunity to engage in several internships. I worked for an artist, Tom Sewell, in Maui, Hawaii, a small residential firm, Sandbox Studio, in Tahoe City, California, and a large commercial firm, Neyer Architects, Inc, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Through these internships I gained valuable experience in the profession. After Cincinnati I continued my education at Kent State University, achieving my Master of Architecture degree in 2013.Email is the preferred method of contact.
