I am the proud leader of AmberGen, whose new product Miralys(tm) MALDI HiPLEX-IHC was introduced in 2022. This breakthrough technology combines the techniques of Immunohistochemistry and Imaging Mass Spectrometry enabling the imaging of intact proteins in tissue samples. One key application is that it enables the imaging of small molecule drugs and their intended targets in the same tissue specimen, on the same instrument. It is remarkably high plex – allowing 100 or more protein biomarkers to be analyzed simultaneously without cycling of any kind.
