Deerfield Partners is a real estate brokerage firm I built with a business partner focused exclusively on the sale of Walgreens and CVS investment properties.

I was invited to join The CAC Group in May 2005. As a Tenant Advisor, I specialized in representing San Francisco tenants in office space transactions including lease renewals, relocations, and strategic planning. As a staunch tenant advocate I brought tremendous leverage and value to my clients’ office lease negotiations. I represented local and national tenants in millions of square feet of successful negotiations.We advised: Cisco Systems, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, The Gap, Charles Schwab, GE Investments, Lucasfilms, Rockpoint Capital, Bank of America, BART, Farallon Capital, Fidelity Investments, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Hancock Rothert, Heller Ehrman, Horsley Bridge, Keker & Van Nest, KKR Financial, Morrison & Foerster, Orrick Herrington & Sutliffe, Severson & Werson, Steefel Levitt, Stone & Youngberg, RREEF Funds, Thelen Reid & Priest, Univision Corporation, Wachovia Securities, Williams-Sonoma.

This was my transition from consulting to sales, and introduction to real estate. Advised office tenants in downtown San Francisco on office leases.

Advised senior management of Fortune 500 companies such as Dow Chemical, DuPont, and Chevron on pursuing their e-business initiatives to drive growth in their core businesses.This was an excellent point of departure for my career, as I became comfortable dealing with executives and was exposed to a variety of industries.

As a management consultant intern with PricewaterhouseCoopers, I worked with Senior Partners primarily advising c-level management of Fortune 500 companies, such as WellPoint Health Networks, on developing and implementing their core business strategies.

I began my business career as a management consultant intern with Coopers & Lybrand, where I worked with Senior Partners on a business process reengineering project at UNOCAL 76 in Orange County. We shortened the monthly financial close from 12 days to five.
