My largest client, Magento Commerce (now Adobe Commerce), hired me full-time to lead Finance & Strategy shortly after being acquired by Adobe.I went on to lead Partnerships, Corporate & Business Development at Invoice2go (Series C tech company backed by Accel), before leading the sale of Invoice2go to Bill.com for $625 million. I continued my work at Bill.com as VP of Partnerships reporting to the CFO. Throughout my career in finance I’ve gained expertise in various facets of the industry - from financial models for business development to pricing to M&A. But my exposure to the manual and inflexible processes of existing accounting software (QuickBooks, Netsuite, etc.) is what stuck with me the most. So, with the help of Y Combinator, I set on a mission to build Campfire - the modern ledger, on a fully self-serve, configurable platform that accelerates your close and improves financial visibility.
