Most recently assisted a large Healthcare customer with their successful Kronos WFC v8 cloud rollout. My primary focus on this project was ensuring their complex custom integration requirements were met and documented. Prior to that I provided Configuration, Testing, Go-Live Support, Production Support and Integration services to a large Manufacturing customer that was converting 100+ locations from Workbrain to Kronos WFC 7.x. Demonstrate expert-level guidance and project execution with customers implementing / maintaining and upgrading Kronos Workforce Central, Workforce Integration Manager, SQL Reporting Services, UKG Dimensions, Boomi, BIRT.

Highlights at Workforce Insight included leading configuration activities for 2 separate 55 country roll-outs of Workforce Central, to include US, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Latin America.

Conducted analysis (from Kronos iSeries and pay policies), standardization, design, build and configuration of Kronos WFC for HMA acquisition.Wrote interfaces for StaffAssist and Laborlytics.Automated configuration tasks to the extent possible by using SQL, XML and SDM / Record Manager / WIM. Configured, tested and cutover timeclocks. Provided go-live support, handled tickets in the Production Support queue through the first live payroll processing, follow-up support as needed. Assisted junior resources with troubleshooting, configuration, best practices, performance considerations, etc.

Designed and built Payroll integration for India using Kronos WIM and Oracle PL SQL.Created run control tables to allow internal scheduling tool to execute interfaces with required parameters. Updated Global interfaces to add India and Canada.Designed and completed 10 custom reports for India and Canada.

Designed and built WIM integration with the Kronos Forecasting ModuleIntegration with Organizational Map, Hours of Operation, Forecast, Budget, Schedule, etc. Wrote complex queries in T-SQL to retrieve organizational and forecast data, pre-process and format inbound data for import.

The team had a number of long-standing open issues around WFC Integration between their HR and payroll systems. They had not been resolved due to the technical complexity (largely because of the use of the KSS multi-job tool, which creates parent (rollup) and child (job level) person records). Resolved the open items related to WIM and WFC by conducting in-depth analysis, recreating the issues where possible, modifying existing interfaces, creating new interfaces, and documenting manual workarounds.

Internal role as subject matter expert on ADP Enterprise eTIME.Coordinated with ADP to prioritize and manage the resolution of various configuration and integration items.Provided expert guidance for complex / problematic configuration design as needed. Assisted Payroll and HR with quarter-end and year-end processing and reporting requirements.

Help startup company modify Kronos configuration, integration and reporting to meet their rapidly evolving business policies and reporting requirements.Quickly assist with ad-hoc and recurring management reporting needs. Hundreds of new hires per week, high turnover rate. Needed visibility into who was on-site at any point in shift, percentage on-site versus schedule, by active shift, by job, and projected daily total hours for employees based on schedule. Create Attendance and Accrual Policies for immediate deployment as policies and requirements are defined.Provide testing and go-live support.

Responsible for re-designing existing interfaces to handle alternative work schedules. The function of the interfaces was to take a single transaction input by payroll and create multiple pay codes based on location, schedule, calculated vacation rate, calculated floating holiday rate, etc.Provided expert guidance for complex / problematic configuration design as needed.

Implemented Kronos WFC at a large manufacturing facility. Tasks included analysis, design, configuration, testing, and stabilization/transition to Production Support. Wrote numerous interfaces to handle complex union accruals, pay scenarios, etc.

Design and build interface to populate hours based on FTE percentage at beginning of pay period. At end of period, offset Regular hours based on non-worked hours total recorded in period.Various other integration and reporting tasks.

Integration Lead for Stanley Black and Decker CSS Kronos WFC 6.3 implementation.Designed and completed interface to import transactional data from Mobile Time Entry system as punches with labor level and work rule transfers. Data is provided in .csv format. The interface outputs this to a staging table, then pre-processes the data using cursor processing to determine the start and end segment by shift (average of 10 transfers per shift) to use for placement of punch overrides (new shift, out, etc.).Designed and completed interface to import HR Data from Peoplesoft. Data is provided in .csv format (full file each time). The interface outputs this to a staging table. On each run of the interface, the staging table contents are compared to the history table contents, and the rows with differences are output to a delta table. Records with changes are then processed and imported. Seven different employee and manager types exist. All employee and manager types are accounted for and imported properly – there are no manual entries of employees or managers. Designed and completed interface to import HR Data from ADP Payworks Canada. Designed and completed ADP Payroll Export (US). Interface handles all in-scope scenarios such as temp rates, lead pay, etc.Designed and completed ADP Payworks Canada Export (CA). All interfaces were designed to be easily maintainable by Production Support resources without requiring in-depth technical knowledge. To that end, most integration items can be changed by simply updating a lookup table. The Testing Tools aid this process by evaluating and comparing the contents of lookup tables, system values (work rules, pay rules, pay codes, etc.), and employee attributes (job codes, departments in the HR file) to anticipate lookup errors and allow them to be managed proactively.

Engaged full-time in various technical and functional roles in support of our customers (typically large (Fortune 500) companies engaged in multi-year enterprise-wide initiatives).My implementation responsibilities routinely include analysis, design, configuration, testing and documentation of in-scope Kronos modules such as Timekeeper, Leave and Attendance, Accruals, and Scheduling. Additionally, I complete analysis, design, programming of custom interfaces, providing integration with various third-party applications such as Scheduling and MRP solutions in addition to more standard interfaces such as HR and Payroll imports/exports.

As just one example of my role as a Manager in the HR Transformation Practice, I have functioned as the lead implementation resource on the largest, most complex facilities at a Fortune 100 manufacturing company during a multi-year enterprise-wide rollout of Kronos WFC to over 300 locations with more than 100 collective bargaining agreements. In addition to utilizing expert-level knowledge and experience in requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing and rollout of Payroll and Time & Labor Management software, my primary responsibilities have included all aspects of the implementation life cycle, including managing the project to the project plan.

As a Senior member of the Enterprise eTIME Implementation Team, duties often included taking on additional accounts that were not in a healthy state and driving those projects to completion on schedule and within budget. A strong combination of technical skills, product knowledge mastery, communication and listening skills, and a polished, professional appearance were leveraged to regain customer confidence, re-establish project priorities and deliverable dates, and re-assure the client project sponsors and decisionmakers that the finished product (and services) of the project would be to specification, within budget, and on-time.

Involved in the transition of the University's Payroll, GL and HR processes from a mainframe system to PeopleSoft. Ensured that existing business processes at FMHI, especially those involving Accounting and Payroll, continued uninterrupted, despite system-wide changes to table structures and reporting sources. Was responsible for analyzing Peoplesoft Human Resource and Financials back-end table structure in Oracle and developing complex reports for upper management. Migrated 400 reports (built from1500 queries run against 500 tables) from MS Access to SQL Server 2000 and Oracle 9i. Developed and published reports to the web using Crystal Reports.

Defined high level process flow for HR data conversion, contributing to availability of additional products and services. Designed and developed applications to extract and manipulate data from disparate sources and transform it into a proprietary format. Using project management and technical skills, ensured successful conversion of legacy payroll, human resource, and tax data to Ceridian systems as measured by the customer startup satisfaction results. Developed and managed the overall detailed implementation project plan and strategy, ensuring on time delivery of the implementation.

Started with company as temporary employee keying faxed-in timecards to DOS / COBOL-based payroll system.Promoted to software tester. Designed and executed test scenarios to ensure compliance with laws around multi-jurisdictional taxation, wage attachments, multiple child support deductions, etc.
