The interface outputs this to a staging table, then pre-processes the data using cursor processing to determine the start and end segment by shift (average of 10 transfers per shift) to use for placement of punch overrides (new shift, out, etc.).Designed and completed interface to import HR Data from Peoplesoft. Data is provided in .csv format (full file each time). The interface outputs this to a staging table. On each run of the interface, the staging table contents are compared to the history table contents, and the rows with differences are output to a delta table. Records with changes are then processed and imported. Seven different employee and manager types exist. All employee and manager types are accounted for and imported properly – there are no manual entries of employees or managers. Designed and completed interface to import HR Data from ADP Payworks Canada. Designed and completed ADP Payroll Export (US). The Testing Tools aid this process by evaluating and comparing the contents of lookup tables, system values (work rules, pay rules, pay codes, etc.), and employee attributes (job codes, departments in the HR file) to anticipate lookup errors and allow them to be managed proactively. -
