My personal mission is to help companies do well by doing good and to make the world a better place.Currently, I am the part-time CEO of Digital Motor Holding, bringing to market a step change in electric motor efficiency that will revolutionize electric motors. In addition, I am an experienced EOS Integrator and available for consulting. I continue my desire to work with organizations that can make significant positive changes to the world. These areas include sustainability, environmental protection, energy efficiency, recycling and wellness. Previously, I was recruited to lead a new commercial security and surveillance company at DRS Technologies which previously provided infrared vision devices for defense markets. I built a highly effective leadership team, launched new products and successfully accomplished their entry into commercial security markets including homeland security, infrastructure protection, municipal sectors, and major events security.I led a turnaround high-tech company, Infrared Solutions, to rapid growth, profitability and ultimately the successful sale to Danaher Corporation. I have Chaired the Sensor and Instrumentation Technical Advisory Committee, in Washington, DC - the industry group advising the Department of Commerce on export control policies.In addition, have I have extensive leadership experience, with Lifetouch, an ESOP company, where as EVP, I led the turnaround of the retail division and served as Trustee for the ESOT, where I led the development of a new plan to benefit employee owners.Contact me: johngoodrich1@gmail.com
