In 2006 the company moved to Maryland.As an Operations Manager in Temple Hills, MD (2005), Capt. Griffin was responsible for strategic marketing implementation, contract negotiations, proposals, and supervisory training. In 2008, Maj. Griffin was responsible for operations, business development, management, supervisor training, critical networking, strategic marketing, accounting, invoicing, human resource, unemployment hearings, quality assurance, and general counsel. In 2010, Mr. Griffin became Vice President and was responsible for overall Operations and Business Deveopment. In 2012, PChange added to its portfolio a leading CCTV monitoring firm for the Department of Homeland Security the past 18 years.In October 2014, Mr. Griffin directed all his attention toward the overall direction of PChange Protective Services. The company continues to build relationships and clientele introducing its innovative Quality Assurance Program to its commercial and government clients. Mr. Griffin has developed a strategic plan that coincides with his QA Program that will enhance a firms security needs by retraining incumbent staff, introducing innovative technology, and initiating effective disciplinary procedures that result in increased officer production.
