Responsible for a portfolio of Wine and Spirits delivering over $120 million in annual revenue, managing all aspects of brand development including setting and achieving aggressive sales goals, field marketing, media, budgeting and implementing inventory control. Suppliers include BEAM Global, Patron Spirits Co., Sazerac, WJ Deutsch, Delicato, Banfi and over 40 others.

Regional Craft Brewer located in Portland Oregon. Signature beers included MacTarnahan's Scottish Ale and Oregon Honey Beer. Grew from 12,000 barrels to a high of 72,000 barrels with the potential to brew 200,000 barrels or more. Subsequently sold to Pyramid Brewing in 2004.
