I am a General Dentist with over 35 years of dental group practice experience. I began my group practice experience in a small 3 doctor practice in Spring Lake Park Minnesota, working with the group for 4 years before joining Park Dental (Minneapolis, St. Paul MN) as an associate dentist in 1988. In 1993 I became an owner in Park dental and in 2005, elected to serve on Park dental's board of directors from 1996 until 2019 and in 2005 was selected by Park Dental's board of directors to serve as President and CEO, a role I continued to serve until July 2019. In addition to my general dental expertise I have I have been educated and trained in the fields of Temporal Mandibular Dysfunction and Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome. As a strong believer in dental group practice model, I speak regularly to dentists on the benefits and advantages of group dental practice models potential to to deliver a first in class patient, doctor and team member experience through creation of a practice philosophy, strategy, structure and supportive processes that will encourage and drive personal commitment and engagement as well as an opportunity for "Real" Ownership in the group.
