Work closely with the Account Executive to manage the P&L for the account, and support cost saving initiatives to improve profitability

Responsible for the delivery of Network, Telecom and Security services for Siemens in North America. Managed a team of 10 Tower Service Managers and Analysts. Implemented cross-sector improvement plans to improve under-performing services.

Responsible for the delivery of Network, Telecom and Security services for the Siemens Energy and Siemens cross-functional units in North America. Accountable for maintaining and improving cost recovery for delivered services, and for identifying opportunities for reducing the cost of service delivery. Partner with the delivery teams to develop and execute service improvement plans to improve service quality. Ensure positive customer satisfaction and customer relationship is maintained.

Responsible for the architecture and support of the server infrastructure for the Soarian Financials R&D program. Responsible for $1.0 million hardware budget and leading cost improvement projects to reduce hardware costs. Led the design and development of application test environments, project management for the delivery of new test environments, and disaster recovery planning for those environments.

Responsible for the support, development, and maintenance of business applications and infrastructure support for the Athens pharmaceutical manufacturing site. Oversaw the management of the IT facilities and site voice and data infrastructure. Prepared Service Level Agreements with internal and external service providers. Evaluated new hardware and software, managed software development projects in a GMP environment, developed and managed the site IT business continuity and disaster recovery plan, and worked with business partners to identify innovative solutions in technology.

Managed all aspects of the NCS service portfolio for Noramco’s Athens and Wilmington manufacturing sites. This activity included budgeting and capital planning, infrastructure design, technology implementation, and compliance. Directed the implementation of new infrastructure, equipment, and software for Noramco. Managed NCS compliance activities, including periodic audits, development and implementation of computer system validation (CSV) policies & procedures, and change control activities. Managed capital projects related to infrastructure, computer room operations, and telecommunications. Managed NCS vendors that provide services for Noramco, including selection, evaluation, and contract negotiation. Provided leadership, mentoring, and development of NCS and IBM help desk teams utilizing Remedy service desk. Managed one direct report and three indirect IBM reports.

Team lead for the Windows Server Engineering team at Centocor providing server support, managing system availability, and maintaining Service Level Agreements between Centocor and NCS. Provided business consulting, capacity management, and integration with regional support teams to recommend, design and deploy solutions to meet Centocor's business objectives. Maintained Centocor’s application servers in accordance with cGMP guidelines. Trained and mentored team members on new technologies, processes, and procedures.
