John is a finance and bankruptcy restructuring attorney at Armstrong Teasdale LLP, where he leads the firm's Debt Finance practice. In his multidisciplinary practice, John advises a wide range of U.S. and international clients in financings, restructurings, and other general corporate matters.In his finance practice, John advises banks and non-bank lenders, private equity sponsors, individual financiers, as well as domestic and international borrowers and issuers, in debt financings across a variety of industries, including media and entertainment, real estate, manufacturing, technology and retail. He has represented clients in numerous domestic and cross-border syndicated loan transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate developments, working capital loans, and debt restructurings.In his restructuring practice, John advises companies on insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
