My main function as Chief Marketing Officer is to help AMR increase its revenues by creating a marketing plan that gives our company a competitive advantage. Using my skills in both business and marketing, I will drive SEO, SMO and Digital marketing to grow revenue and scale our marketing.

I was previously working for the Account Service team focusing on supplying and supporting PUMA's Marketing Assets. Last year I was working with the PUMA Group at their Headquarters for North America in Westford MA. There I was working with the Marketing and Customer Service team. In my time there, I was assisting the team who deal with sales reps and wholesale accounts and orders. I also had the opportunity to focus on soccer accounts, internal marketing and key assets, as well as select accounts and launch product. The role also included fulfilling orders and picking product for our COBRA assets as well as others that needed the help. I was also on a team, helping to develop ad hoc reports, running different analytics and creating reports to help employees see live updates of order fulfillment and more. Beyond this, I moved around departments to see the full realm of PUMA and used my wide skillset to assist anyone who needed the help.

At recruiterboom, I was responsible for managing all forms of social media for the company. This includes LinkedIn, Facebook, and the company's website. When first being hired, the owner and myself were solely responsible for a complete re-brand of the company's name, logos, and goals. I was also responsible for leading a team of 3 interns, producing project base work either assigned by myself or projects that are handed down by management. All while doing this, I worked to source leads and acted as a talent agent for the company. Using different databases and CRMs I was able to lead my team to success and help recruiterboom grow. Self-motivation, teamwork, creativity and leadership were the key skills I used for this job.

This past year I was elected to become the Philanthropy Chairman of the Nu Delta chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity at High Point University. My job includes scheduling, hosting, and planning meetings weekly along with handling a budget of over $4000. Another responsibility is leading a committee of strong leaders to help attain a goal for the semester. Last semester with my help the committee raised 15,000 dollars hosting a car festival to raise money for the UNC Lineberger foundation, a fully comprehensive center for women with breast cancer. I have learned to become adaptable, strengthened my leadership ability along with time management. The committee and I plan on having another successful philanthropy event this upcoming semester.

At Sales Talent Partners I was brought on to help aide the current Talent Agents. I was in charge of scheduling meetings, calls and other associative tasks. Soon after joining the team, I became responsible for all company social media and created new ways to generate leads for the team. I began to analyze metrics of response rates, and activities a day to pin-point each employees strength, and weaknesses. After this I began working one on one with those to assist them in producing at a higher success rate. I was soon trained under the Sandler Sales program and began taking sales calls both on the client and employee side and was responsible for over 100 activities a day. I was able to do this while still completing reports, projects and continuing to assist the Talent Agents. My sense of time management, multi-tasking, and proper organization allowed me to succeed during my time as Talent Coordinator.

Reached out to public to conduct surveys based on North Carolina needs and current events. Many of these surveys have been published on mainstream sources including Fox News.
