Mainly responsible for all offsite contract personnel in handling of pay, benefits concerns as well as reviews. This position also involved Outside Sales, in working with existing Dept. Supervisors as well as looking for new sales opportunities. Performed all recruiting functions associated with the Offsite as well as In-House employees. Was involved in a large area of HR work, organized the benefit package for new hires and also updated or created forms as needed. I followed up with benefit representatives on many issues. Set up and administered the Employee Benefit Orientation to all new hires. (Because of the downturn of the automotive industry, became part of companywide headcount reduction).
