Helping customers to achieve the best in their fields, my role is to find ways for successful operations to perform at a higher level. Whether it is a school looking to improve breakfast participation or a catering company looking to reduce shrink--I enjoy helping them achieve their goals and exceed them.

Sell visual merchandising materials to variety of customers--specializing in the kitchen and culinary areas. Have worked with customer throughout the United States, as well as the Middle East, in creating effective programs designed to deliver sales. Some of the larger projects I have worked on included customers that have reset their school cafeterias, restaurants and grocery stores.

Directed public and community relations for AA level professional hockey team. Managed team website (www.cycloneshockey.com) and called play-by-play action during four year stretch. Named the ECHL's 'Public Relations Director of the Year' in 2008, following the club's first-ever Kelly Cup championship. First front office employee in team history to win an individual accolades from the league office. Sold sponsorships and tickets--selling more than 30,000 single game and group tickets in a part-time capacity over a four year stretch. Created partnerships with other businesses that generated additional revenues from the sales of dasherboards, luxury suites and advertising opportunities--as well as with radio and internet broadcast events.Developed and implemented the 'Education In Hockey Day' concept for the team. Utilizing the current players and coaches, a full curriculum was delivered to the students attending an ECHL game during the intermissions where the Zamboni was making ice repairs. This program set an ECHL weekday regular season attendance record when 8944 were on hand for a Tuesday morning game in November 2009.

Managed numerous departments within 120,000 square foot entertainment complex. Worked with scheduling, payroll and game floor management until 2003. Sold $1.18M in ice programming during 2005-06 hockey season. Expanded youth ice hockey utilization time by 30 percent in three years and helped attract a junior hockey team in the region to move to the facility.Helped create 'big league' atmosphere by bringing in professional hockey games that filled ice rink to 140% of capacity. Brought in regional figure skating championships for several events at the facility and was able to attract an AF2 indoor football team to the facility to utilize indoor soccer complex for practices.To attain additional revenues, brought in the NARCH (North American Roller Hockey Championships) tournament to the complex during the summer of 2004. This ultimately led to exposure and brining in other regional inline championships to the facility.Created sponsorship packages and sold advertising within the complex and also created a partnership with a national hotel chain to create more revenue streams.

Primarily responsible for creating and implementing public relations program for NCAA Division I football team. Handled women's basketball and baseball SID responsibilities as well and assisted with men's basketball. Despite not playing in a nationally recognized conference, worked on campaigns that netted two players national postseason awards from the media.Helped to bring the publications creation in-house from being outsourced. Wrote for and also served as editor for the football and men's basketball game day publications. Organized the photo library for all four sports and served as the official scorer for the 2004 Great Midwest Conference baseball championships. Named the first-ever Associate Sports Information Director at UC.

Served as an Athletic Media Relations intern. Worked with the men's football team, men's and women's basketball team, men's ice hockey team and women's softball program. Spent two months (September/October 1990) as the acting women's SID. Created the 1991 Gator Bowl media guide and attended the game, serving as one of the contacts for the football team. Game day press box assistant for football, basketball and ice hockey--serving as the official scorer for the hockey team.Served as the official scorer for the 1991 NCAA Women's Softball Midwest Regional tournament.
