With over 40 years of experience in business-building, impact investing, workforce development and affordable housing I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities they face. As a thought partner and coach, I leverage my skills in strategy, management consulting, and program design to co-create solutions that align with the mission and values of my clients.Whether it is building bench strength, clarifying roles and responsibilities, or developing innovative capital products, I bring a collaborative and empowering approach to my work. I ask questions, generate ideas, and provide a sounding board, but I do not make decisions for my clients. Instead, I help them discover and navigate their own path forward.
