Develop and implement workforce strategies to improve patient access to effective healthcare throughout Kentucky, convening and connecting key stakeholders and resources to create a strong and sustainable workforce for hospitals to maintain quality care.

Negotiate and manage collective bargaining agreements between Louisville Metro Governments and its 10 unions, including developing strategies for negotiations and interpreting labor contracts to advise departments on labor relations matters.

Implement and oversee HR strategic plans for 25 diverse departments to support business goals in staffing, retention, learning and development, and employee engagement. Manage labor relations, employee benefits, legal compliance, and human resource information system for entire Louisville Metro Government.
