We help govern 10+ services portfolios that include Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Cloud, DevOps, Digital Modernization among others. Anchor planning & execution for our group. Manage KPIs around services revenues, sales pipeline, and supply chain for our services. Marketing activities include go-to-marketing planning for our services, participation in Industry events such as Google Next, support on Analyst relations and account focussed marketing. Enable our sales field teams with sales kits and training. Conceptualized & executed org initiatives. Focussed on sales enablement, resourcing supply chain & AI/automation proliferation. Helped setup automated analytics.Own operations for our business unit including budgeting. Our unit is spread across three offshore locations in India, North America, and Europe.

Joined Syntel as part of Syntel's Leadership grooming initiative SY-LAMP. (SY-LAMP - Syntel Young Leaders Acquisition and Management Program)Worked in Operations function helping setup & manage operations for a newly formed Business Unit. The new business function was chartered to drive Syntel capabilities on automation and other emerging technologies. Operational activities included tracking progress, planning, internal budgeting. Helped setup standard processes, KRA tracking, reporting in the newly formed business group.
