Initially recruited as a Staff Project Manager to establish the team, environments, and processes for a $6.9M, 5-year project with an Electric Utility client, I was tasked with developing a sophisticated RF metering analytical application. After my peer's departure, I assumed full P&L accountability and led a team of 15.Talent Acquisition: Identified and onboarded essential engineering talent using both corporate resources and contractors.Technical Requirements: Defined technical needs for the development of internal and client environments.Methodology Transition: Transitioned the team from Waterfall to Agile, enabling feature delivery every 4-5 weeks.Project Management: Delivered the $6.9M project on time, meeting all milestones without delays.Additional Responsibilities: Took on the development of a proof-of-concept for asset performance management for a pharmaceutical client.
