Provided market research on MPEG-2 use, managed the MPEG-2 Patent Portfolio License and sold the patent coverage it provides to companies using MPEG-2, the digital compression technology in DVD; my research and sales efforts increased the number of Licensees in three years from 500 to 1,000 so that royalty revenues grew from $500 million to $650 million annually.

Reviewed programs for conflict of interest and compliance with FCC regulations for non-commercial broadcasters; approved on-air underwriting credits and program-related product offers for programs such as Jazz, Commanding Heights, and Evolution; revamped and increased efficiency of the entire approval notification system for on-air funding credits and product offers.
