Interaction with vendor at a technical level, coordinate install of circuits, site surveys, and customer satisfaction. Implemented cut-over without any down time by using EIGRP and old circuits until new circuits were approved by customer, vendor and management.o Cisco Routers configured: 2500, 2600, 3600, 7200, 7500 at layer 2 and layer 3. Use of EIRGP to direct traffic over one of multiple service providers lines.o Trouble shooting and monitoring of all routers in the network using Syslog and What’s Up Gold and HP OpenView.

• Contract position. Primary responsibility was to provide high level support to end users that were unable to have resolution from other staff. In addition being in the senior position I helped all team members in troubleshooting skill development, systems knowledge, networking knowledge in a mentoring environment. As the person with the most experience with IIS 3 and 4 I was also responsible for the systems design and deployment of the web based SAP R3 ordering system, and the SBS intranet.
