John has more than 28 years in the Recruitment Industry following a successful career in HR and Sales. He has recruited across all sectors including Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering and Technical, covering all levels of business up to and including Executive. He has a BCA (Victoria University Wellington) with majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Organisational Behaviour & Commercial Law). John is a Life Member of the RCSA and currently sits on the Professional Practice Committee(PPC) John has been a member of the Recruiting, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA) previously known as the NAPC for this period., and has served as a NZ council member and a “Pearl” Mentor where he has supported several Agency owners/consultants in this capacity. In 2018 recognising his outstanding service to the Industry John was awarded Life membership of the RCSA. He currently supports the RCSA as a participant of the Professional Practice council monitoring ethics and professional behaviour in the Recruitment Industry. Fiona and John relocated to Wellington in 2023 after 6 years in Hawkes Bay and remain actively involved on a daily basis in the business !
